Application:
AGENAJEL 20.383 is a rheology modifier and creaminess enhancer in aqueous applications. It is a cook up starch with reduced gelatinization temperature and shows shear-thinning effects with rapid viscosity recovery. AGENAJEL 20.383 leads to opaque formulations.
