Sie haben eine Struktur aus rostfreiem Stahl, sind mit Permanentmagneten bestückt und erzeugen so ein sehr großes Magnetfeld, mit dem sie die Absonderung eisenhaltigen Materials deutlich vereinfachen und zugleich einen reibungslosen Vorgang ohne Unterbrechung der Produktion ermöglichen. Sind Permanentmagneten aus Ferrit im Einsatz, garantieren diese darüber hinaus eine fast unendliche Nutzungsdauer, da keine zusätzliche Wartung nötig ist.
